Anechoic Systems Inc was established in Nevada in 1980 as the holding company for Advanced ElectroMagnetics Inc. a California Corporation established to manufacture and install microwave absorbing materials. In 1997 Anechoic Systems Inc. sold all interest in Advanced ElectroMagnetics Inc to Orbit/FR coincident with Orbit/FR public offering. Anechoic Systems, LLC was then established as a California Limited Liability Company in 2005. Anechoic System, LLC continues the collaboration efforts of the founders of Advanced ElectroMagnetics Inc, Gabrial and Barbara Sanchez and Leland Hemming allowing them to expand and build on their extensive technical knowledge.
